I am delighted to be given another great opportunity to feature some lovely photographs taken by a former Northern Lighthouse Board keeper while on duty at the treacherous Bell Rock Lighthouse in 1982. This provides a snapshot into life inside the rock station, with a glimpse of the working life of the lighthouse keepers who could be in the lighthouse for up to six weeks at a time at the Inchcape reef. I hope you enjoy the photographs provide to me by Malc Anderson.
Thank you Malc. |
